An elderly woman is forced out of her home against her will. While this may be legal, it's a bad precedent. They aren't asking for help from people who remain, they're just taking their weapons and either leaving them to fend for themselves or forcing them out.

From Australian TV, more forced evacuations and other news items about New Orleans. National Guardsman talks about possibility of killing his countrymen.

It's obvious this is NOT "for their own good" since these people aren't in harm's way until the National Guard comes to town and threatens to mow them down with M-16s if they don't leave their property and give up their self-defense weapons. Hell, they'll even leave you where you are as long as you don't have a gun. Damned Fascist government officials.
